Here is how you make Moroccan Couscous and Chicken Stew:

Saute the couscous in olive oil and garlic for a few minutes until its toasted. Add 2 cups of low sodium chicken stock and cook covered for 30 minutes. Start the stew prep: saute the garlic, onion and peppers in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add Chicken and saute until brown. Add spices to chicken mixture - stir all together for 30 seconds. Add Tomatoes and chicken broth and bring all to boil. Stir in cooked Israeli Couscous, and bring to simmer.
