1. Cut chicken into 1.5 inch pieces.Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray large nonstick skillet withcanola oil nonstick spray and set over medium high heat. Add half thechicken and cook, turning occasionally, until browned, about 6 minutes. Transfer to 5 or 6 quart slow cooker. Repeat with remaining chicken.2.
