Here is how you make Taunia's Chicken Stew:

Prepare your chicken stock by boiling whole chickens until meat separates from bone easily. Remove meat from the bone and set the stock aside. Melt your margarine and add chopped carrots, cook for 5 minutes, then add the celery and onion and cook for 5 more minutes or until onion is clear. Season to taste. Add flour. Start adding the prepared chicken stock one cup at a time, stirring until a nice gravy is formed. Add your chopped potatoe and let stew until cooked.
