Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.5 cup
Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp, divided
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Garlic, 2 clove
Broccoli, 2 cup, chopped
Carrots, 1/2 cup, chopped
Celery, 1 stalks
Onions, 1 cup, sliced
Water chestnuts, 1 cup slices (1 can)
Bamboo shoots, 1 cup (1 can)
Baby Corn, 4 oz (1 can)
Snow Peas, 1 cup
Bean sprouts, 1 cup (1 can)
Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Almonds, 1 tbsp, sliced


How Do I Make ABDubs Chicken Stir Fry?

Here is how you make ABDubs Chicken Stir Fry:

Combine Soy Sauce, Chicken Broth, 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil, Lemon juice, and Ginger Root in a bowl and whisk. Set aside.Prepare all vegetables (cleaning, chopping, trimming) and keep seperate. Cut chicken.Heat last Tbsp of sesame oil in a pan or wok on Med heat. Add chicken and cook until just barely cooked (you will add it back into the pan to cook further later) - approx. 8 min. Remove from pan, saving drippings in pan.Add garlic and cook til translucent, do not overcook or burn. Add sauce mixture to pan. Add onions, broccoli, carrots, celery and cook on the same heat (maybe Med-High) for 10 min. Add remaining vegetables to pan and cook for 5 more minutes. Then add the chicken back into the pan and stir to rotate the stuff on the top to the bottom of the pan.Meanwhile, bake sesame seeds and almonds in your toaster oven at 300 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.Sprinkle with S/P to taste and I like a little cayenne pepper as well, and add the sesame seeds and almonds on top.Serves 6 easily, although I made it for 2 and had 2 substantial meals out of it.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ABW876.
