1 Tb Cornstarch
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Trader Joes Soyaki sauce or any brand of Terriyaki sauce
2 Tb Soy sauce
3 Tb Oyster sauce
2 Tb Canola or other vegetable oil
3 Tb sesame oil, divided
1 large Zucchini, quartered and sliced 3/4" thick
1 medium Cauliflower head, chopped into small florets
6 oz Shiitake mushroom caps, sliced (save stems for another use)
9 cloves Garlic

Here is how you make Chicken and Shiitake Stir Fry:

Place chunked chicken in a large bowl with cornstarch and salt and pepper and mix well, set asideMix the Soyaki/Terriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and 2 Tb of the sesame oil together and set asideHeat wok or large skillet over high flame for a couple of minutes and then add in oil, tilting pan to coat well with the oil. When hot, add chicken in a single layer and leave alone for 2 minutes, till brown. Stir well to turn and leave alone for another minute. Continue till all sides are brown and chicken is cooked through. Remove to a plate and keep warm.Wipe out wok, skillet, lower heat to medium-high and add in 1 Tb sesame oil, cauliflower and zucchini. Stir well, add 2 Tb water and cover for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed. The cauliflower needs to get tender and may take longer, depending on the size of the floretsOnce the cauliflower is tender, add in the shiitakes and garlic, stir to mix and then add back in the chicken.
