Kelp noodles are my new favorite food. With only 6 calories per serving!! I have been trying new recipes with this wonderful noodle. This stir fry is one of my favorites with the kelp noodles!! Hope you give it a try and tell me what you think ☺Oh a great bonus with this dish is that you save a little time because you don't even have to cook the noodles before hand. All you do is rinse them off and throw them in the pan!!

The ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies and Kelp Noodles are:

1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
1/2 onion chopped
1 small zucchini chopped
1 small head of broccoli chopped
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tsp. garlic finely chopped
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T soy sauce
1 Package of Kelp noodles (12 oz)
2 Tablespoons water or veg or chicken broth



How Do I Make Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies and Kelp Noodles?

Here is how you make Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies and Kelp Noodles:

Sautee garlic in olive oil. Add chicken and vegetables. Sautee until chicken is cooked. Add Kelp (make sure you rinse them off first) noodles, soy sauce and some water or broth. Stir until noodles are to your desired tenderness, i like mine soft so I keep them on a little longer. Add salt and pepper to taste and more soy sauce if desired.
