Heat Olive Oil in pan on low and add onions. Let cook until they start to become soft and add mushrooms and red peppers. Stir to coat with olive oil and let cook for a couple of minutes. Add Pineapple and cook until mushrooms look cooked and peppers are soft. Add Chicken and Sweet Chili Thai Sauce. Stir to coat chicken and veggies with sauce. Cook until chicken is heated up.
