Here is how you make Chinese Cabbage and Chicken Stir Fry:

Spray wok/skillet with cooking spray. Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chicken & onions cook for 3 minutes then add garlic cook additional minute. Sprinkle ground ginger over mixture, stir. Add soy sauce and rice wine vinegar cook one minute. Serve with rice or plain. Note: Do not over cook.
