Here is how you make Curry Stir Fry Chicken:

Start rice in rice cooker. Dice carrot, onion, and celery on cutting board. Transfer to bowl. Open and drain water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Add to bowl. Rinse pea pods and add to bowl. Dump 1/2 package of frozen broccoli into bowl.Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in stir fry pan. When hot, add veggies. Stir often. Slice chicken breasts into strips on cutting board.
