If you need to - just spray a skillet and put on moderately high heat.Add the shredded cabbage and celery to the pan and cooking till they just begin to wilt. Add the ginger and garlic and stir fry another minute or two. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast meat and stir for about 2 minutes. Add the leek tops and Bragg's Aminos. Done. If you are a garlic and/or ginger fan feel free to add more. Season to taste, but the Braggs will likely take care of the salty taste.NOTE: Braggs Aminos is about the only HCG friendly condiment.
