Stir-fry onion in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and pea pods and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Remove from wok or skillet.Add remaining 2 teaspoons of oil to skillet/wok, heat and add chicken. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Add onion mixture into chicken.
