1/2 tsp crushed dried chilies or Tabasco (optional)
1 lb boneless chicken or 1 block of firm tofu
1 cup snow peas or sugar snap peas
12 oz cooked rice noodles
1/2 c scallions, chopped

1. In a small bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, cornstarch, ginger, garlic and chilies/tabasco. Set aside.2. In a large frying pan, saute chicken or tofu in a small amount of olive oil until meat is cooked through or tofu is lightly browned. Remove tofu.3.
