1 bunch bok choy, washed and sliced crosswise into 1/2" slices
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Here is how you make Stir Fry Chicken with Sesame Seeds and Bok Choy:

In large nonstick skillet, saute 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds in 1 Tbsp. olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir fry on medium-high heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.Add remaining Tbsp. each of olive oil and sesame seeds to skillet and cook over medium-high heat a minute or two. Add garlic and onions and cook, stirring frequently, until onions are almost tender.
