Here is how you make Tigerlily's Chicken Stroganoff:

Combine the flour, reduced fat sour cream, beef bouillon granules, water, and pepper in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Cover and place in the fridge.Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray [I like Mazola Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil] and turn to medium/low heat. Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms, set aside.Thinly slice the chicken breasts along the grain and cook in the prepared skillet with the garlic, mushrooms and onion, stirring occasionally so nothing sticks to the skillet [you don't want the onion or garlic to be brown, just translucent]. When the meat is no longer pink, add the sour cream mixture you stashed away in the fridge earlier and cook until bubbly and creamy, about five to seven minutes. Total cooking time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
