Here is how you make Chicken Alfredo Stromboli:

In a small skillet, saute chicken in oil and 1 tsp. butter until juices run clear; drain. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, Parmesan cheese & remaining butter. Add salt, garlic powder, and pepper to chicken once cooked. While chicken is finishing cooking, place bread, cut side up, on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat until lightly toasted. Spread the sour cream mixture on each half. Top each with 2/3 c. chicken mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
