Heat1 t. oil in nonstick skillet over med-hi heat. Add onion and 1 t. rosemary. cook stirring occasionally, until onion is brown 6 -7 min. Season with Salt and pepper, Let cool. Stir in fontina. Cut a horizontal slit along the thin, long edge of each breast half. Stuff each breast with 1/4 cup of onion-cheese misture. Heat 1 t in same skillet over medium-hi heat. Addd chicken and cook til golden, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil to keep warm. Add wine and remaining rosemary to pan. Cook 2 minutes. Whisk broth and flour in a bowl till smooth, add to pan, reduce heat to low.Whisk until the sauce thickens. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
