Here is how you make Cranberry-Feta Stuffed Chicken:

Load feta into food processor. Use the grater to zest the outermost layer of the orange into the food processor. Cut the orange in half and squeeze all of the juice of JUST ONE HALF into the food processor. Add your dried fruit. Cap it and pulse until smooth.Using a small pointed knife, create a pouch in each chicken breast. You may enter at the thickest, roundest point and open the inside, or simply slit straight down one side. Spoon the feta mixture into each chicken. Combine bread crumbs, basil, and parmesan.
