Spray baing pan with non-stick spray.With fork, mix together feta, sun dryed tomaotes (finely chopped), basil, salt, pepper in small bowl util blended.Spread panko on sheet of waxed paper.With small sharp knife, cutpocket approx 2.5 inches in each chicken breast. Put 1/5 of mixture in each breast.. Press edges closed. Brush top of each breat with mayo. Press coated side of chicken one breast at a time into panko. Place coated side up inn prepared pan.Lightly spray bread cumbs with non stick spray.Bake until chicken is cooked through and crust isgolden about 25 minutes
