Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound the chicken breasts thin and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the feta cheese, garlic powder, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. Beat until smooth and creamy. Put a dallop of the cheese filling on each breast, then roll tightly. Brush each breast with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the juices run clear.
