1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 small red pepper, halved and seeded
7 oz crushed tomatoes
optional - 1 small red chili, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper to taste

Serves 4Cut red pepper in half and place skin side up on broiler panBroil red pepper 5-6 minutes until skin blisters.Let pepper cool at least 10 minutes before removing the skin.Preheat oven to 400Slit the chicken to create a pocketSeason inside pocket with salt and pepperPlace a sprig of tarragon and several strips of the two colors of pepper strips in each chicken pocketPlace chicken breasts in baking pan, and spoon 1 tbsp lemon juice.Sprinkle 1/4 of Panco bread crumbs and sesame seeds on each chicken breastBake in oven for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked Put the cooled red pepper in blender, add the crushed tomatoes, chili and celery salt.
