Here is how you make Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken:

Preheat Oven to 350Lay 3 pieces of bacon side by side on a piece of aluminum foil. Butterfly the chicken and lay it across the bacon opened. Place 1 slice of cheese and 1/4c mushrooms in the chicken and close it up. With the chicken closed like a purse holding the mushrooms and cheese, wrap the bacon around the chicken crossing the bacon pieces to help hold the chicken closed. Put 2tbsp bbq sauce on top of the bacon. Seal the bacon wrapped chicken in the aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
