Here is how you make Stuffed Chicken Rolls:

blanch your cabbage and remove the 10 leaves you will needstuff your cabbage roll with spinach, then add the chicken thigh, topped with more spinach followed by feta cheese, roll the cabbage over on itself, take a slice of turkey bacon, wrap it around the cabbage roll and pierce with a toothpick to close.
