Place thawed chicken breast in a zip-lock bag and flatten by hitting it with a canned good. Place chicken of a plate and put a line of broccoli and cheese in the center. Pick up sides and pinch together. Then place fold-side down in a baking dish (line bakind dish with foil for easy clean up). Then take 2 tbsp of fat free italian dressing and pour over chicken. Then take a couple pinches of the Good Seasons italian dressing powder and rub into chicken giving it a nice even coating. Repeat with other chicken breasts. Bake for about 35 min. at 375 degrees.
