1 Chicken Breast
2 TBSP Any honey mustard DRESSING
Dashes of Dill
Dashes of Cilantro
Dashes of Salt
Dashes of Pepper
6 TSP Sugar
1 Cup chopped raw white onions
4 TBSP Olive Oil


How Do I Make Sugar Chicken?

Here is how you make Sugar Chicken:

Defrost chicken breast and place in a pan with a little olive oil. Coat the top and bottom of the chicken breast with salt and pepper and begin to cook. In another pan, put all chopped onions into an oil cooated pan. Sprinkle sugar, salt, and pepper on top of the onions. Let the onions sautee for 10 minutes or until the onions begin to brown (carmelize). Keep turning the chicken to thoroughly cook. Cut the top of the chicken breast into rows without cutting all of the way through. Check for pink. Prepare the dressing by adding 2 TBSP of honey mustard dressing in a container with dill and cilantro. If the chicken is cooked with no pink showing, place the honey mustard dressing, dill, and cilantro dressing on top of the chicken in the pan. Let the dressing boil and soak in.
