3 celery ribs, cut into 1-inch

Here is how you make Skillet Chicken Supper:

In a resealable plastic bag, combine flour, garlic powder and pepper.Add chicken, one piece at atime, and shake to coat: set remaining flour mixture aside.In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil until browned on all sides; drain. Combine 1-1/4 cups water, soysauce and oregano; pour over chicken. Add vegggies. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and Simmer for 30-40 mins. or until jucies run clear(chicken). Remove chic. and veggies;keep warm. Combine reserved flour mixture and remaining water until smooth; add to the cooking juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins. or until thickened.
