I threw this recipe together really quick using things I had on hand. It's low in calories considering it's an entire meal by itself. ? cup diced green pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
8oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
? bag of frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
? cup beans (I used pinto but garbonzo would be excellent) cooked and drained
? cup water
Cooking spray
1 tsp Flaxseed
? cup BBQ sauce (may need less)
cayenne pepper to taste (? tsp)
1 packet Splenda

Here is how you make Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Veggies:

Saut? onion, green pepper, and garlic in cooking spray until onions begin to turn clear. Add chicken and continue cooking until chicken is done. Add water and frozen vegetables, cover, and reduce heat. Cook until vegetables begin to soften. Add olive oil and beans and stir thoroughly. Saut? until veggies are completely done. Mix BBQ sauce, Splenda, and cayenne pepper. Right before removing from heat, add BBQ sauce mixture and stir thoroughly.
