Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise.Pre-heat oven to 400, Coat chicken with seasoning mix. Layer 1/4 each of the potatoes, chicken, cheese and salsa in the center of a piece of tin foil.Bring up foil sides and double fold the top and ends of packet leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.Bake 15 min or until chiken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 min.
