Place your chicken strips in the egg/milk mixture making sure all strips are covered. In a large plate add your bread crumbs, HS Bisquick, pepper, creole seasoning and blend all together very well. In a large non-stick saute/frying pan add your olive oil and heat to high. Take your chicken strips out of the egg/milk mixture, lightly pat all sides in the breading mixture, and place in the heated pan. Saute in pan for approximately 16-20 minutes making sure you turn each side every 2-3 minutes as not to burn the outer coating.
