1 cup Rice flour, white

1 tsp Paprika
4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil

1. Put the chicken tenders in a bowl and add the mustard, then toss to coat.2. In a plastic bag, combine the flour, cumin, rosemary, paprika and salt.3. Add half the chicken tenders, shake until all are coated, and remove from the flour mixture. Repeat with the second half of the tenders.4. Place half of the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add half the tenders. (Don't crowd the pan, or your tenders will be soggy instead of crispy.)5.
