How Do I Make Drunken Chicken Thighs?

Here is how you make Drunken Chicken Thighs:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2.Rinse chicken if desired, pat dry.3.Rub Pepper, Rosemary and Salt all over chicken thighs.4. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. While chicken is roasting in a small bowl combine brown sugar, balsalmic vinegar,garlic powder sherry and stir until sugar dissolves.5. After 15 minutes brush thighs with about half of the glaze and turn the oven up to 400 degrees. Let it cook about 10-12 more minutes and brush with remaining glaze and cook another 10-12 minutes or until tops of chicken thighs have a deep glaze.
