Here is how you make Fruited Chicken Thighs (Paleo):

Preheat oven to 350F. Heat 4 tablespoons oil over medium heat until hot. Saute onion, celery and garlic for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add apples, raisings, walnuts and eggs, mixing well. Pull chicken skin back and stuff mixture inside skin, then recover with the skin. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons oil and tarragon.
