Here is how you make Palestinian Chicken Thighs:

Mix together dry herbs and rub all over chicken. Marinate for 1-3 hours.In a skillet, brown chicken in 2 Tbs olive oil, then set aside. Add onions, garlic and broth to the pan and cook until soft and brown. Put onions into the bottom of a 9x13 pan , and put chicken on top. Bake @ 350* until chicken is done.
