juice of 2 lemons
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp fresh ginger grated
1tbsp grd cumin
1 tbsp grd coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup low fat natural yoghurt

1. Cut chisken up into bite size pieces and place in a non metalic dish. Squeeze lemon juice over and put in fridge for 30 mins.2. Place remaining ingrediants except yoghurt in a processor. Blend to a smooth ppaste.3. mix paste with the yoghurt and use this to coat the chicken evenly.
