2 cups fresh spinach
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 dry cups of brown rice
1/2 tsp sugar

Here is how you make JJ's Tomatillo Chicken:

1. Cut the chicken into chunks2. Mix pork with Worcestershire sauce and set aside for 10 min3. Slice the anaheim peppers into strips4. Clean and slice tomatillos into quarters5. Place the tomatillos into the slow cooker6. Add the chicken on top7. Add the anaheim peppers8. Add the salt9. Cook on slow for 8 hours10. Remove the meat from the slow cooker11. Remove the sauce and tomatillo sauce into a blender12. Add the spinach, sugar, and cilantro to the blender and blend until smooth13. Put the chicken back into the slow cooker14. Add the drained cans of beans15. Place the puree on top of the beans and stir16. Cook until all warmed through17. Serve over warm rice18.
