1. Preheat large saute pan on med-high for 2-3 minutes. Place flour in lg ziploc bag and add chicken and shake to coat. Place oil in pan then add chicken. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.2. Stir in wine. Reduce heat to med-low and cook 2-3 minutes or until liquid is slightly reduced.3. Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken and stir in artichokes, tomatoes and olive oil. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
