Spray lightly with cooking spray.Remove chicken from marinade and saute until browned, about 5 minutes. Reserve marinade.Add remaining ingredients, including reserved marinade. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.Remove lid, and increase heat to high. Continue cooking until sauce is reduced by half, stirring frequently.
