Here is how you make Chicken/Turkey surprise:

I always use leftover Chicken or turkey therefore it's cold from the refrigerator. SO I start a big pot of water to boiling, when it's boiling I put in the chopped up poultry and the whole box (16oz) of pasta to cook. When the pasta is done I drain the liquid off. Remove from heat. Dump in the 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup, chop or mince the garlic and add, add the cheese and stir til all is combined and the cheese is melted.
