Here is how you make Extreme Chicken:

In large skillet sprayed with non stick cooking spray, sauté onions until translucent. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until it starts to turn white. Turn chicken over and cook again until it starts to turn white. Pour chili over chicken, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with ranch dressing and grated cheese (or let each person garnish their own.) If you really like onions you could also mince some for an additional topping.
