1 tbsp Olive Oil,

1 cup green pepper
1 tsp garlic, chopped
4 sliced turkey bacon
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp fresh basil
12/ tsp fresh rosemary
1 cup yellow squash
2 tbsp capers, drained

Here is how you make Roma Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil. In 2 batches, cook chicken 8 minutes or until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Save 2 tbsp pan drippings. Cook onions, peppers and garlic until tender, stirring occationally. STir in chopped turkey bacon,yellow squash, tomatoes, capers, basil and rosemary. Return chicken to skillet.
