Whole Chicken, already roasted from the store, just pull off as much meat as you can or want to use without the skin. (You can even use leftovers from Thanksgiving or from dinner the night before!)
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
2 9-Inch Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 Potato
2 tsps Poultry Seasoning
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Here is how you make Super Easy Chicken (or Turkey) Pot Pie:

Preheat the oven to 425. Wash, peel and then poke holes into your potato using a fork and place in the microwave. Cook for 8 minutes, or until it is tender. While the potatoes are cooking, rinse off the mixed vegetables to thaw them out. In a big bowl put the mixed vegetables, seasoning, chicken, milk, soup, and salt and pepper. Slice the potatoes into bite size pieces and add to the mixture. Stir all together. Take one crust and place into a pie pan. Add the rest of the mixture to the pie crust. Take the second pie crust and place it on top. Pinch to close it. Make four two-inch slice marks for steam to escape. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
