Here is how you make Vegetable Stuffed Chicken:

Mix all the ingredients together but the chicken and turkey bacon.Make a pocket in the chicken. Stuff with the veggie and cheese mixture.Wrap the bacon around the chicken. 2 pieces per breast.Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.Makes 3 breast but cut in half for a serving.*Note* There is a lot of stuffing so mine did not actually stuff well so I just layered it.
