Here is how you make Chicken Stewed Vegetables:

Spray pan with non-stick cooking oil.Cut chicken into cubes and add salt, pepper, and garlic.Cook chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink.Boil water and then add No Yolk egg noodles. Cook to directions on package.In frying pan with chicken add cans of stewed tomatoes. Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes.Then add zuchinni and mushrooms. Cook til tender.Serve over egg noodles.
