Here is how you make Creole Vegetables and Chicken:

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients except chicken, olive oil and parsley. Cook low 9 hrs or high 4 1/2 hrs. Then skillet cook chicken breast until firm, cut into small cubes, and return to skillet to brown on med heat (with olive oil). Add chicken and parsley to cooker and heat on high for 15 minures. (Thats what the receipe card says - I just put everything except the chicken in the cooker. Then I cook, cut and brown the chicken and toss it in. Set the cooker heat and time and let it go!)
