Add the rice, stir, and reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.2. Meanwhile, Add oil to medium heat in a deep skillet. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add to skillet. Add the vegetables.3. Cook, stirring frequently until the chicken is no longer pink. Add garlic, sauce, ginger, sugar and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook to blend the flavors.4. Combine cornstarch and remaining chicken broth in a small container w/lid. Cover and shake until the lumps dissolve. Drizzle the mixture over the chicken. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 1 min.
