Peel and crush or mince garlicPeel and chop onionWash and chop red and yellow peppers (fairly large pieces)Slice mushrooms (thick)Dice tomatoesCut chicken breasts into 3/4" or so chunks Heat oil in lagre skillet, brown garlic and onions Add chicken, and saute on high heat stirring frequently until chicken is nearly cookedAdd the vegetables and continue to cook on high heat until vegetables are cooked to your liking. Makes approximately 6 10 oz. servings.Note: When weather permits, I cook outside using the turkey burner to saute with.
