Here is how you make Chicken and Veggie Stiry Fry:

Heat oils in large pot or wok. Add chicken breast. Cook over medium heat til done, Stirring occassionslly to prevent burning. Add frozen veggies and cover with lid to trap steam. Prepare sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients with a fork in a separate bowl. When veggies are heated through add sauce all at once and stir until thick, scraping bottom of pan to prevent scorching.
