380 grams Egg noodles

Here is how you make Chicken, Veggie, and Noodle Toss:

Cut up all your veggies into bite-size pieces. In a pot- pour in about 2 TBSP of the Olive Oil for about 30 seconds on Medium heat. Then- put your carrots ONLY in. Leave those to cook for about a minute and half. Then- put in the beans and cauliflower. Leave to cook for about 3 minutes on medium-low heat.While the veggies cook- cut your chicken up into bite-size cubes. As soon as the veggies are done, put them into a small bowl. Add about 2 TBSP more of the olive oil and let that heat up for about 10 seconds. Put the chicken in (at medium-high heat) and let it cook until its no longer pink in the middle.After the chicken is done, take it out and put it in the same bowl as the veggies. Boil some water and olive oil in the same pot, add the noodles, cook. When the noodles are done- strain them. Then- put the pot back on the stove at low heat and combine the veggies, chicken, and noodles.
