4 large portobella mushrooms
1 onion

2 tsp seasoning of your choice (I had a maple meat rub)
1/4 cup egg white/egg substitute for binding
1/2 cup oats
Canola oil for cooking (about 2-3 Tbsp)

Here is how you make Half-Veggie Half-Chicken Burger:

1. Puree onion, mushrooms, baba ghanouj, egg and oats in food processor until almost smooth2. Mix together in large bowl with seasoning, meat, Yves Ground Round until well blended3. Shape into 16 patties (use about 1/3 cup each). If you keep your hands wet, the mixture won't stick. 4. Place on wax paper and put on cookie sheet. Chill in fridge while you're cooking the other burgers4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Brush oil onto the pan using a silicone brush. 5. Cook about 5 minutes per side. The patties are a bit delicate, so be careful when flipping. Brush the exposed side with oil before flipping.6.
