Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat 10 minutes. Mix Italian dressing, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Add sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Turn chicken over, add half the sauce. Remove chicken after 10 minutes. Add beans and carrots. Cook 4 minutes and remove from pan to plate. Place chicken on veggies.
