2 big bunches of broccoli
1/2 - 1 pound green beans
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 can of any cream condensed soup (went for the healthiest cream of chicken I could find)
1-2 cups chicken broth
2 1/2 cup rice (optional)

Here is how you make Dijon Chicken and Veggies:

Prepare veggies by cutting sweet potato into bit size cubes, cutting green beans and broccoli into bite size pieces.Put all veggies into bottom of crock pot. Cover wtih 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (I use the stir-fry ready chicken). Cover chicken with creamed, condensed soup. Add chicken broth and dijon mustard (I use a little more mustard, but it's optional).Cook in crock pot on high for 4-5 hours.Makes 5-6 servingsOptional: Make 2 1/2 cups of rice, but substitute half of the water needed for the rice with the dijon chicken liqued.
